Progressive settles complaint over insurance quotes

Progressive Insurance will fork over $120,000 to settle charges it posted on its Web site inaccurate information about rivals’ auto insurances prices.
Attorney General Martha Coakley said Progressive, the aggressive Ohio insurer that entered the newly deregulated Massachusetts market last year, has also agreed to reimburse any overcharged customers.
